All complaints are treated confidentially and rigorously.
You can file a complaint anonymously.
An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you within 48 hours (if you leave your contact details).
An independent investigation is being conducted by our Ethics Committee.
No retaliatory measures will be taken against the complainant in good faith.
